Dandy's Journal revisited

15 years ago today, Dandy was feeling neglected...

Mar. 3rd, 2004 at 7:45 AM

I'm at the end of my tether, I really am! The 2-foot with fur on the top of her head seems to have done nothing but shuffle bits of paper around this week, she has had no time for us at all. Quite a contrast from last week when she stayed at home with us all the time.

Last night, I had to make do with a cuddle from the 2-foot with no fur on the top of his head, and frankly, he does not have those soft bumpy bits on his chest that usually make the experience so pleasurable.

It's a hard life.........

Paper bits..
Well Dandy you could always try what we do. We walk up to the 2foot who is shuffling paper and garb a bit of it and then run off and nibble the corners. They soon start to play chase with you if you do this. Although if you do it too often then they just start to ignore you so you have to eat more of the paper.

Re: Paper bits..
We did that, so now she climbs halfway up the stairs to do it. I don't like stairs, and even Flopsy Girl only likes going down them and not up.

Well if you want we'll lend you Blackberry. He runs up stairs 4 at a time. He has also been know to run down them. Anyway it'll do him good to get out the house.

Re: Paper bits..
That's odd. Before I came to live with Flopsy Girl, she had a sister called Blackberry, and SHE used to run up and down stairs too (or so Flopsy Girl tells me).

Bumpy bits
We all love our mum's bumpy bits - they are so nice to snuggle into - we wonder why only doe 2foots have them? It would be great if dad had them too :-)
