We live in interesting times...

It COULD be the best of times... or it COULD be the worst of times...
Tomorrow, is the start of Easter. This should be a happy time for all of us, I mean for me and Flopsy Girl it will be great, because our 2-foots are going to be at home with us ALL THE TIME!... well I say, all the time, they will go out sometimes, like for instance, they will be taking Barley down to live with The Hairy Mob at some point, but we can live with that now that we've got used to the idea, no, what I mean is I always worry at Easter because there are a lot of stupid 2-foots out there that get adopted by buns in good faith, who then totally fail to look after them. I wouldn't care, but it's the same every single year... So let's hope that this Easter it's different.
On another (but related) subject, there has been a lot of talk lately about the Easter Bunny. Everbun seems to have heard of him, but nobun seems to have seen him. This bunny is supposed to bring chocolate for the 2-foots... TOSH! What kind of bun would do such a stupid thing? we cannot eat chocolate, as it's really bad for us, so are we likely to bring it for the 2-foots? I THINK NOT!!! Having said that, there has been some chocolate arriving here, but the 2-foots have brought it themselves, which is ok as long as they have room for it after stocking up on all of our food and treats.

We have heard of this Easter Bunny, but like you and many other bunns we have never seen the Easter Bunny. We too have seen chocolate arrive, but also confused by why a bunny would bring 2foots chocolate, would it not be better to bring fresh vegetables and fruit to give the 2foots to give to us?
We too also hope that this year will be a much better year for bunnies, which adopt 2foots during this time. You think that out of the goodness of 2foots hearts that as a very kind and loving bunny or bunnies has liked the look of a 2foot, that the 2foot would should more consideration. Bunnies are for life not just for Easter!

I have seen the easter bunny once. I only got a quick glimpse of him when i was a youngbun but he was a big up-eared bun who was blue, pink, yellow, green, red, purple and orange all over!
I think the easter bun brings chocolate to our 2-foots because it makes them happy, which makes them fuss and cuddle for us more which makes us happy! He is a clever chap, that easter bunny! I only wish he could bring me a caoort when he comes
