On my own

Well evrybun... Dandy here... Missing his best Girl Flopsy...
Both 2-foots have gone out, and taken my Flopsy Girl with them in the big metal box on wheels. They have taken her to see Auntie Francis (the best bunny vet in the world) so that she can have her teeth done again. I know just what she'll be like when she comes home, it will be "Dandy I still feel a bit woozy, fetch me a carrot, get me some dried pineapple, see if there's any parsley..." the list will go on and on.
The thing is though, I miss her, I mean I REALLY miss her, and she's only been gone for a few minutes. I hope she comes home soon.

Make the most of it!
I can imagine not having Flopsy girl around is strange and lonely, but you should make the most of the time alone. Is there anything which Flopsy prevents you doing with a disapproving eye? Sleeping all day and all night? Causing havoc? Any toys of hers that you don't normally get to play with?
If you can busy yourself with these things the time will fly by. she will soon be back moaning about how weak and poorly she still feels and you will be wondering why you missed her!

Re: Make the most of it!
I can see where you are coming from, but I have to say that my Flopsy Girl does not really stop me from doing anything I want to... Hang on, there's a key in the door... One of the 2-foots must be coming back

Hello my dear Honeybunny here. Precious has also gone off to the vets to have his teeth burred. So I will be without my dear boyfriend until later. I know I have the other members of the gang, but they are not my dear Precious.

I know what you mean about the bossing around after the teeth trimming. Hawthorn is the same, he goes in gets his front teeth burred then expects everyone to do exactly as he says. It's just not fair, the rest of us don't do this. He was especially bad last time when the v.e.t. decided to cut them instead of burr them, you should have seen the mood he came home in. It was do this do that or I'll beat you up. You just can't please some buns.

Try not to worry too much Dandy - you know that Flopsy will be home as soon as she can - it's the waiting for the 2foots to go and get her that is most annoying - you would think that they would stop whatever they are doing and get her right back home!
Could you not do some more building work on your houses? This would keep you amused and Flopsy would get a lovely surprise when she sees it.
Did Flopsy not leave you a list of things to do? Very strange that 'cos the girls here always leave lists for the boys when they have to go to the vet!
Let us know as soon as you have any news Dandy, we will be thinking of you and sending lots of love to Flopsy.
Love from The Hairy Mob
