Too much cardboard?

What with all the cardboard boxes we now have, I've been having a great time ripping them... and ok... yes... I do eat some of the cardboard from time to time...

The thing is, when the 2-foots brought our food yesterday, I just didn't feel like eating it, so I was FORCED to take 2 lots of medicine by the 2-foots! I got no sympathy from Flopsy Girl either. She just said it was all my fault for eating the cardboard in the first place...

The thing was though, a couple of hours later, I was RAVENOUS! I could have eaten the entire Sainsbury's allotment!!! Anyway, I enjoyed the food that I did have.

Corrigated worries
Obviously it is good to tuck into a nice mouthful of cardboard when you fancy some but if it puts you off your food . . .
I don't think cardboard has much nutritional value and after a day or two you could find energy levels running low. You might find you are too knackered to eat at all, and then then what?!
Perhaps our Helf Minister could advise. Just what is the daily recommended dose of cardboard? How much is 'safe' to eat?

Cardboard RDA
Well as the Helf Minster, i have looked into this.
Now Cardboard, comes in different forms, normal and corregated.
Now i am thinking that the corregated stuff must be fixed together with some form of adhesive. This i can say is not good for you, Adhesive is bad for tummy's,
A little bit of cardboard i cannot see it being a problem, after all it can't be as bad as rubber, and i love a nibble on rubber every now and again,( specially the mote control ). Anyhow, it is not recommended that you eat so much cardboard that you cannot face your dinner. As we all know the buns in the wild don't have the same sort of food as us lucky anough to be loved by somebunny. Buns in the wild don't get cardboard, so i would think it safe to say it is not part of a natural diet, therefore we can find it difficult to digest.
I am not saying DON'T EAT CARDBOARD, coz we all know that would just be too difficult to do, all i am saying is in moderation is fine.
Thank you
Buddy - The Helf Minster
