What an excellent day we had yesterday. The 2-foots gave us our breakfast, and then went out to plant some things in the garden. First of all the planted some stuff in the front garden, which is a waste of time because we don't go in that one, and then they planted some more stuff in the back garden which included 3 BIG TROUGHS FULL OF HERBS FOR US!!! They also planted some flowers which are a complete waste of space.
The sun shone lots and lots, so me and Flopsy Girl spent most of our time in the shade, not like the stupid 2-foots, who were complaining of being sore from too much sun last night WELL MORE FOOLS THEM!!! They are stupid beyond belief.
Anyway, we munched on grass and dandelions, and herbs and allsorts whenever we wanted, which just about kept us going until we went inside to our big basket of veggies.

Flowers and stuff
Glad that you both had a wonderful day and that your 2foots planted lots of herbs for you. As for the flowers, well some of them can be delicious to you know - we have found different ones and had a nibble here and there and some where very tasty indeed. Shame that mum and dad didn't think it was fun for us to eat the flowers - we just made a game of it and played chase - when they had gone in or sat down we started eating them again - it was great fun :-)
We agree that they are fools for not getting in the shade or putting some hats on - they are idiots! Just like our mum and dad - well, mostly dad 'cos he is supposed to wear a cap in the sunshine and that is the 2foot vets orders!

God grief, where is Dandy! Not like him to miss a day! Not even a word from Flopsy instead.
Looks like he is too busy - telling everybun his journal is the best - to ensure he keeps it that way! Maybe the spidercam is taking over after all!
Or maybe he has been hit in the box? (See Hairy Mob's entry for today - yes, they did manage to remember their public, unlike some buns . . .)

I must admit Melster I'm very confused by your comment. It would seem that even a spirit bun can get too much sun. The last time I missed updating my Journal was 25th April!!!

So it's a monthly thing then?

No.... Read my lips... I have not missed an entry in my journal since 25th April!

You're confused? I'm confused! All I can say is when I looked for my morning update there was nothing on my display, though I now see an entry is there (and the entry time is around your normal time). I apologise for casting aspersions on your commitment to the journal!!!!!
Mind you, no wonder I am a bit confused, since on my display the time of my comments is logged earlier than the original post!! I'm not the most technical bun in the world but what is all that about!?!

Melster... you may be a spirit bun, but just like me & Flopsy girl, you confuse very easily!

my two foot has been planting too
My two foot has been planting those flowery things too... but this was what worried me! The fish (Bob) and a hamster died last week and she planted those too!!! what do you reckon will grow where they have been!?

Re: my two foot has been planting too
I have become quite an expert at gardening, as I have been watching Alan Tichmarsh at the Chelsea Flower Show, so I can say with complete certainty that the hamster will decompose and turn to a kind of jam, and as everyone knows you get Tulips from Hamster Jam. As for the fish, I suspect that he might grow into a water feature.
