It was the best of times, it was the worst of times

Me and Flopsy girl had a REALLY nice day yesterday. We were LAZY!!! We spent nearly all day just chilling out in the cardboard house & snuggling up together. True, we did come out from time to time to gaze up at the magnificent painting of us that now hangs on the wall (you can see a faithful reproduction of it if you click on the link to my photos, and then click on the 2-foot training day album), all in all a perfect day... Our 2-foots came home, and made lots of fuss of us, they sat with us, gave us some really nice food, but then we heard that our friend Pebby had died.
Today is another day the sun is shining, and the rest of us will play and eat and binky and have great times in front of us, but somewhere somebun will lose another friend... So let's all make ourselves a promise. Lets all go out and try to make as many new friends as we can. So come on all of you that read my journal secretly, leave a comment, be a friend!

Hello Dandy, yes we too have the sun today (thank goodness).
We are sorry to read about Pebby, please send our snuggles of sympathy.
Again, we are sorry we could not get to yours yesterday, but at least you did get loads of food in the end.
Have a great weekend, have you anything planned? Our 2foot definitely needs to go to a training day, she is leaving us tomorrow night.

Re: 2-foot leaving
Oh no, we don’t think it’s forever, she said she would be back Sunday morning to take care of us, but then, (the cheek of it), she going out AGAIN!!!!!!

Re: 2-foot leaving
My 2-foot (the one with no fur on the top of his head) is organising another UKPR meeting. You simply MUST get your 2-foot to attend. Even if it is not at the home of the hairty mob, then at least the other 2-foots who have already been trained can pass on their wisdom (I use the term wisdom in it's broadest possible sense when referring to 2-foots)

Us again, we have just seen your picture. Wow, it’s brilliant; we would love to also have one made of us six.

Hi! Sorry to hear about your friend! That's sad news. Hope you get better news soon!
I looked at the painting. Wow! That was neat! I wish someone would paint me. Well, I know the 2foot I call Dad might do it, but he paints stuff like fire-breathing dragons, so it might not look like me...
Hope you have nice weather there! Binkies to you and your best bun!

Fire breathing dragons? can't say I've heart of one of those, I don't think we have them in Wetherby. Just tell him he needs to paint a parsley breathing rabbit!

Mmm - parsley!
