Dandy's Journal revisited

15 years ago today, Dandy was advising of the passing of a close friend.

Two important things
Sep. 10th, 2004 at 9:56 AM

Firstly, it is once again time to start writing Bunny Camp News, as I need to publish it in a week's time, so if anybun has any contributions, or questions for Flopsy Girl's problem page, please let me have them as soon as possible.

The second important thing is that as most of you probably already know, Bramble, the leader of Bramble's Pack went to the rainbow bridge yesterday. Therefore, this weekend there will be a wake in her honour, and it is important that we have as big a wake as possible as Bramble was a very important and influential bun.
Current Mood: sad

We do love to look down on a good wake, esp when it is in more than one place at once! The bun of honour always feels like a king or queen.
In fact there is usually a bit of friendly sparring about who has had the biggest wake in their honour! Of course I always come last cos I was a single bun who didn't know many other buns and no-one had a wake for me, unless you count the 2foots!

So we are all looking forward to the weekend and Bramble is particularly anxious to see if Violet's wake (and all that mashing in her honour) can be matched or surpassed!

Wake and bunny camp
Dandy, we will try to get something written about feeding 2foots. But as our mum and dad are very sad we are more concerned about them at the moment.
Could we also ask you to put a picture of bramble in bunny camp news (we'll send you one) as we think this might help cheer up our 2foots.

The wakes started but Bittersweet, Logenberry and Tayberry are still a bit under the weather.

Snuggles to every bun

Re: Wake and bunny camp
I will certainly put a picture of Bramble in Bunny Camp News, and if you would like to say a few words about her and the pack, I will put that in too.

We're very sorry for Bramble's 2foots, we know how much they'll miss Bramble, and how hard it will be not to have her around. Tell them they're in our thoughts...and that we'll hold a bit of a wake over here in Nuvaduh for her.

Oh, and what is Bunny Camp News?

Oh, could you send it to me, too? You might already have my email address from the Single, but if not, please let me know and I'll email it to you.

It's on it's way

Oh, that's very sad news about Bramble. My thoughts are with the Pack and with Bramble's 2foots.

I'll try to come up with some questions for Flopsy Girl's page.
