Dandy's Journal revisited

15 years ago today, Dandy was sitting back reflecting on a job well done.

The first day
Sep. 21st, 2004 at 9:52 AM

The first day of the Bunny-mint was a great success with lots of buns voting. Here are the results:-

1. Flopsy Girl to share her bread-sticks with Dandy - for 4 votes, against 2 votes, so that vote is carried.

2. Ban the hunting of iceberg lettuce - for 5 votes, against 0 votes, so that vote is carried too.

3. Ban Foxes - for 4 votes, against 0 votes. Amendment proposed by Melster, foxes not to be allowed within 1 mile of buns - for 2 votes. against 0 votes, so the amended vote is carried.

Other news:-
We have set up an Em-bassy in Nuvaduh, which is on the other side of the big pond. Strider, Samwise, and Arwen are going to run it, and we look forward to receiving their reports.
There is to be a wake for Damson as proposed by Hawthorn, so we will party for the rest of the week in celebration of Damson's life.

Bunnybunny has announced the following penalties for buns & 2-foots that break our new laws. Any bun breaking the law is to be mashed. Any 2-foot breaking the law is to be sent to the pub.

Finally, just to let you know that Chance-seller Flopsy Girl is not feeling very well today. She is going to see Auntie Francis (the best bunny vet in the world) tomorrow to have her teeth done.

I may join the EmBassY if it reaches as far as Lawn Guyland, but I'm thinking of running/hopping for Press I Dent on this side of the Big Pond. I'll let you know if I decide to hop for Gov A Mint!
