HELP!!!!!!!!

It's all your fault! YES YOU LOT OUT THERE READING MY JOURNAL! You all seem to want our 2-foot (the one with no fur on the top of his head) to make a whole CD of bunny songs to that it can be used to help underprivileged buns.

Well on the face of it, it's a very good idea. There is one small problem though. Up to now, he only has four bunny songs, and he would need about twenty, so if you want him to do this, you are all going to have to help. I need as many of you as possible to come up with the words for a song, and then my 2-foot will record it and put it on the CD. When it is finished, I think what we could possibly do is this...

This is just approximate at the moment, but the 2-foots think that it would cost about £1 to make each CD and to post it anywhere except across the big pond where it might cost a bit more. Anybun who is having some kind of event to try to help buns, or who sells things generally to try to help buns could have the CD's at cost, and then anything they could sell them for could be used to help the buns.

What do you think?

We think its a great idea, but the only problem is we want a song about us and our 2 foot is no good at writing them and neither are we for that matter, none of us are artistic enough, so how are we going to get a song?

W & C

P.s Dandy we will be starting your calender this week and we would like to know if you would like us to include some of your photos you have of your wonderful floppsy girl?

Getting a song
What you have to do is to find a song that you like, and then just change some of the words so that it's about you instead. For example, you might decide to take a song like The Beat Alls "get back", and where the chorous goes "Get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged" you could change it to "Get back, get back, get back across the channels home" see?

Wow! That's a great idea! I shall start working on songs now! I'm sure my buck 2foot wouldn't mind if you recorded his version of "Parsley, Sage, RoseMary, and Time"!

That is certainly a possibility, the other possibilities are that your 2-foot sends my 2-foot a sound file of him singing it, and then my 2-foot could either use it exactly as it is, or even add in some more instruments a stuff.

Do you really want to hear my 2foots sing? Actually, I guess they're ok for 2foots... I will try to borrow some recorting stuff to put it on. The 2foots have a friend who records stuff, so it shouldn't be too hard. I might even give them Bunny Eyes (patent pending) and make Mom use her wooden thing with strings...

While your original songs are best, you could also include some covers - how about 'Bright Eyes', 'Run Rabbit...' and any other bunny-themed songs. Are there any songs in the new Wallace and Gromit film too? We don't have a Sin-Enema here so I can't ask mummy to take me along.

A song for the CD
Nobody’s bun (to the tune of Nobody's Child)

As I was slowly passing, an sanctuary one day,
I stopped there for a moment, just to watch the bunnies play
Alone a bun was sitting, and when I asked him why,
He turned with eyes that could not see, and he began to cry

I’m nobody’s bun, I’m nobody’s bun
Here they won’t let me, hop, skip and run
No 2foot kisses and no 2foot strokes
They push me and prod me, and make awful jokes

2foots stop for bunnies and take them for their own
But they all seem to pass me, and I’m left here, alone,
I know they’d like to take me, but when they see I’m blind
They always take some other bun, and I am left behind

I’m nobody’s bun, I’m nobody’s bun
Here they won’t let me, hop, skip and run
No 2foot kisses and no 2foot love
Oh how I wish I where in heaven above

No mummies arms to hold me or soothe me when I cry
Sometimes I get so lonely, I wish that I could die
I’d hop the streets of heaven, where all the blind can see
And just like all the other buns, there’d be a home for me

I’m nobody’s bun, I’m nobody’s bun
Here they won’t let, hop, skip and run
No 2foot kisses, and no 2foot smiles
Nobody wants me, because I am blind

Mummy sings this - she has done for years :-)

Am just wondering if you can do 'The Buns in Black' song its the same as the Men in Black but changed to the buns in black, I haven't got the words but could look them up on the internet. Only there are a lot of black buns out there that no bun seems to want to give an home to. It might help.

Love Jetty.
