Well TiGgEr.... Fancy dress.... I've not come across it before, but I did ask Flopsy Girl about it. She said that they wear this fancy dress sometimes when they go to a place called a restaurant. Now apparently, a resturant is a bit like a pub (that's a place where they have to go as a punishment if they have done something wrong. I know this because they do horrible things to them there. When they get back, they can't walk properly, and their speech is slurred). Anyway, I think that if this restaurant place is a bad place, then they might want to dress in diguise so that other people do not recognise them and point at them. If I find out any more, I will be sure to let you know.
