As the new year approaches, each year I spend quite a lot of time considering what my new year's resolutions should be. This year I'm thinking that as I'm getting a little bit older, I need to think about my waistline. I'm considering cutting down to just one meal a day. The meal would start at about 5am and run through until about 11pm. Obviously, I would need a few naps mid-meal as eating so much less would mean that I would need to conserve my strength, but I have to say that I feel that it would be a positive step and would set a great egg sample to any younger buns reading my journal.
